Our CBD sales team needs an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team in a rapidly growing industry! This position involves managing accounts, growing current business, and identifying new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding sales goals. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Identify opportunities to maximize revenue
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators such as call volume/quality, sales quotas, and new business.
Create opportunities through a high volume of contact calls to potential clients
Provide excellence in customer service to manage and grow client accounts
Establish and maintain professional and ethical working relationships with all clients and company staff
Keep accurate records and protect company and customer privacy.

Type: Full Time, Hourly wage/ Commission. First year earning potential +$85,000
